(May 27th, 2014) Shot throughout Buffalo and Niagara Falls in October 0f 2013, “Buffalo Juggalos” is now screening at film festivals in Europe and the United States. In a post released today Director and Lockport native Scott Cummings tells Filmmaker Magazine how this experimental narrative short film immersed him in “Juggalo” culture.
